Cricket News Ireland willing to tour Pakistan
Cricket News: Pakistani Team will travel to Dublin this week to play a couple of One-Day Internationals (ODI) in Ireland this week. The Pakistani Cricket Board (PCB), which is striving to bring back international action in the country, has asked the CI for a reciprocal visit, a call that received a positive heed.
The CI’s Chief Executive Officer Warren Deutrom showed interest in sending the team to Pakistan.
The PCB has proved to be a very strong supporter,” he told the Sunday Independent. “They have agreed to play here on a number of occasions over the last few years, for which we are incredibly grateful.
“They have asked us whether we would consider a reciprocal visit, and I have told the PCB that we would be willing to contemplate this, provided that we could have the requisite comfort levels around safety and security levels during our time there.
